Frank & Hansen isn’t just another name in real estate and finance.

Flemming Frank founded Frank & Hansen with a singular vision — to open the world of NPL and credit investments to everyday people. He believed that regular individuals and families deserve the same opportunities to grow their wealth through structured, high-yield investments — not just banks and hedge funds.

This wasn’t about creating another business.
It was about building a movement. A smarter, more inclusive way to invest.

2. A Founding Team With Purpose

Flemming knew this mission would take more than vision.
So he joined forces with two fellow entrepreneurs — Torben Hald and Jeespeer Dalgaard — both seasoned professionals who shared his values: honesty, integrity, and a belief in wealth as a tool for good.

Together, they brought decades of experience in real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship — and used it to build something truly different.

Behind it all stands Lana Frank, Flemming’s wife and lifelong partner. Her strength, insight, and relentless support have helped shape the values at the heart of Frank & Hansen. She is a driving force — ensuring that the company’s soul stays aligned with its purpose.
